Roof Repointing & Repairs

Just had Derek and his team replace my Fascias, soffit and guttering. The guys did a fantastic job and left everything tidy afterwards. Very reasonably priced, worked with minimal disruption and my house now looks brilliant. Highly recommend these guys for any work you need doing.

This is the second time we have used Derek to carry out work which is testament in itself to his first job of repairing some felt and tile damage on our flat roof – Derek ha this time repaired a chimney stack, re rendered the stack, fitted a new pot and cowl, repainted area fully and applied a fiber paint product to our roof area that is a flat roof joining two properties in a gully. The process from contact to completion has been great with lots of communication – he has been professional throughout and the finished work looks wonderful. I know nobody likes to pay too much but he provided a fair price with scaffolding included and there were no hidden costs – really punctual and a great work ethic – thank you Derek – I will use again to replace ridge tiles on my garage roof.

Derek and Liam repointed our gable end wall back in December 20 so when our garage roof started to leak they were an obvious choice to carry out the repair/replacement. We opted for a rubber roof to replace the old felt one. This work was carried out by Derek and Liam and I cannot fault them for the work that has been done. The whole area around the garage was swept clean of any debris that had fallen whilst replacing the roof. In summary, another first class job. I will definitely be using Derek and Liam’s services again in the future for any other property maintenance issue that may arise.

Derek surveyed and diagnosed a condensation problem we were having in the loft due to poor ventilation. He responded quickly to our request, attended the site and carried out a thorough investigation to check out what was wrong. He fitted four tile vents into the roof and felt vents in the roof-line. He was very professional, courteous and quick to respond to my numerous questions! The finished job looks neat and tidy and the tile vents are barely noticeable as they have been well fitted. His quote was competitive too. A job well done, and I would recommend Derek.
